I think if you want an international event, you have to find a good terrain in the middle of West-Europe.
Saverne is a good spot I think, there's plenty of space, a nice terrain, and the location is very good. (My opinion!)
For me, Saverne is about the maximum distance to drive for a weekend. It's about 650 km, and to drive this distance with a Samurai and a caravan, i'm traveling a whole day long. That means that i'm traveling 2 days for 2 days of fun.
I think that we come to Saverne with a big group of Dutch (and Belgium) Zuki-drivers each year, so if you orginise an event further away, i think you are all by yourself with only German and Austrian people...
But hey, thats just my opinion.
