We have been using our own manufactured PTO on the Dutton/Amphijeep range of amphibious cars since 2000; it is designed to transmit the full 65 bhp @ 5000 rpm
The conversion consists of extending the transfer box input shaft with drive shaft grade steel and drilling out the transfer box end casing to 23mm dia. There are 4 off M8 pre-tapped holes around this end casing suitable for attaching brackets etc

Shaft 22mm dia x 65mm long from rear face of bearing to spigot
Keyway 6mm wide x 3mm deep x 23mm long
Spigot 15mm dia x 25mm long, machined finish to run in bush. This can be cut off if not required
The standard Suzuki rear end bearing must be the type fitted with double rubber oil seals (2RS), if your bearing is a plain ball bearing without seals it must be replaced.
